Miller’s Bar on Michigan Avenue in Dearborn, known for its burgers, is under new ownership.
The bar, whose famous customers have included Tom Selleck, rock star Jack White, Renee Zellweger and Hillary Clinton, has been purchased by businessman Allie Mallad, a Dearborn native, WDIV reports.
In 2021, the owners listed the price for $4 million. It's not clear how much it actually sold for.
“We are privileged and honored to have the opportunity to continue the traditions of Miller’s Bar and the profound impact that Miller’s has had on the community,” Mallad said in a statement. “Everyone can expect to enjoy the same atmosphere and the same exact traditions that the Miller family created, I will continue that amazing legacy.”
