The race continues to be neck and neck in Michigan and other battleground states.

The latest two polls show Vice President Kamala Harris with a 3 percentage point lead over former President Donald Trump.

Forbes reports that a Quinnipiac University’s poll of likely voters shows Harris leading Trump 49-46 percent. That comes after a poll earlier this month showed Trump up 50-47 percent. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 2.9 percentage points.

A Bloomberg/Morning Consult poll shows Harris with a similar lead, 49.6-46.5 percent among likely voters. The margin of error is plus or minus four percentage points.

Forbes notes:

Despite a handful of good surveys for Harris in recent weeks, most poll trackers show an increasingly tight race in Michigan, a key state given its 15 electoral votes: She’s up 0.8 points in Nate Silver’s Silver Bulletin and 0.7 point in FiveThirtyEight’s average, while Trump is ahead by 0.2 points in RealClearPolitics’ poll tracker.

Both Harris and Trump have been blitzing Michigan, trying to capture the 15 electoral votes.

Harris is scheduled to appear in Kalamazoo Saturday with Michelle Obama.

Trump plans to visit Avflight at Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City on Friday and the Suburban Showplace in Novi on Saturday.
