Domino’s Pizza Inc. founder Tom Monaghan has put his little Shangri-La, "Retreat at Turtle Point," up for sale for $8.75 million. It's located in Northfield Township with an Ann Arbor address.
In 1998, Monaghan, now 88, sold a majority stake in Domino's Pizza to Bain Capital for about $1 billion.
His 30-acre estate is being listed by Charles Reinhart Realtors, with real estate associate broker Brent Flewelling.The realtor describes it this way:
